2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 RS

The 2024 Multistrada V4 RS, the most sporty version of the adventure tourer and the newest Multistrada V4 variation, has been unveiled by Ducati. The 2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 RS enhances the ADV with advanced parts designed to increase performance, decrease weight, and create a perfect mix between superbike performance and all-terrain touring prowess.

With higher-positioned rear-set foot pegs and a handlebar that is now directly fastened to the top triple clamp for a sportier position, the V4 RS is more fun to ride than the stock Multi V4. Both of these adjustments enable a more combative riding stance on the motorbike. The 1,103 Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, which also powers the Panigale V4 and Streetfighter V4, provides the vehicle’s propulsion. The Granturismo V4 engine used in the other Multistrada variants is vastly different from this one. The Stradale V4 engine produces 118 Nm of maximum torque at 9,500 rpm and up to 177 horsepower at 13,500 rpm, which is 2,000 rpm more than the V4 GT engine.

The new 48 mm hlins fully adjustable front forks with titanium nitride (TiN) and a hlins TTX36 completely adjustable monoshock in the rear have been added as upgrades to the hardware. The Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 adds electrical adjustment to the complete suspension. The bike also has a single-sided swingarm made of aluminum in the back. Brembo Stylema monoblock four-piston calipers with radially placed pistons, twin 330 mm semi-floating disc brakes, and a radial master cylinder provide the front brakes’ stopping power. Brembo’s two-piston floating caliper and 265 mm disc brake are installed in the back.

The bike has lighter 17-inch forged Marchesini alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tires, as well as cornering ABS as standard. The new Multistrada V4 RS is the lightest model in the series when compared to the Multistrada V4 standard, weighing around 3 kg less than the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak. The sporty ADV’s seat height may be adjusted between 840 and 860 millimeters, and an accessory is also available to lower it down between 810 and 830 millimeters.

There are many visual differences between the new V4 RS and the basic Multi V4. This features the hand guards and integrated front mudguard made of carbon fiber especially for the V4 RS. A front beak and new heat shields are present. In addition, a new titanium subframe is added to the Multistrada V4 RS, which reduces its weight by 2.5 kg in comparison to other Multistrada models. Additionally, a smaller battery is added to the V4 RS for greater weight reduction.

The Ducati Multistrada V4 RS in 2024 will include a 6.5-inch TFT display with four power modes: Full, High, Medium, and Low. A bi-directional quickshifter, traction control, wheelie control, and four riding modes—Race, Sport, Touring, and Urban—are also included. Additionally, there is a fifth Full Power option that is exclusive to the V4 RS.

In India, where Ducati sells the majority of its large motorcycles, the 2024 Multistrada V4 RS will undoubtedly enter the lineup. Due to its incredible performance capabilities, the Multistrada continues to be one of the brand’s most sought-after motorcycles, and the new RS adds an entirely new level of capability to the machine. This one is designed to make lengthy treks up to the racetrack and then break records.
