Vivo X100 Pro expected specs and features

Vivo X100 Pro: Vivo has released the first official images of the X100 Pro ahead of its launch. The images reveal four color options: black, blue, white, and orange. The blue color has white elements inspired by star trails, and the orange variant appears to have a leather back. The phone also has a large camera island with four Zeiss-branded sensors and an LED flash above it.

The Vivo X100 Pro is expected to be an upgrade over the Vivo X90 Pro in terms of performance. The Vivo X100 series is reported to be a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, offering a high-quality visual experience, complemented by a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels.


Vivo X100 Pro: In terms of performance, the Vivo X100 series is anticipated to be the first in the world to incorporate Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo (LPDDR5T), a technology claimed to be 13 percent faster than the LPDDR5X DRAM commonly found in current flagship devices.

Powering the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro is speculated to be the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, while the X100 Pro+ model may come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, promising robust performance across the lineup.

The camera setup is a highlight of the X100 series, with the Vivo X100 featuring a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP periscope lens with impressive capabilities such as 3X optical zoom and 100X digital zoom. The X100 Pro is rumored to offer a 50MP Sony IMX989 main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B telephoto sensor. Meanwhile, the X100 Pro+ is expected to elevate the photography experience with a 50MP Sony IMX989 sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX598 ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Sony IMX758 portrait sensor, and a 200MP Samsung HP3 sensor telephoto periscope camera featuring 10x zoom.

On the front, a 32MP front camera is speculated to be part of the Vivo X100 series. Operating system-wise, the phones are anticipated to run on Android 14-based Funtouch OS custom skin out of the box, providing a user-friendly and feature-rich interface.

In the power department, the Vivo X100 is rumored to come with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging. The Pro version is expected to house a larger 5,400mAh battery with 120W fast charging capabilities with 50W wireless charging support.
