The first fixed wireless access (FWA) service powered by Airtel 5G Plus, Xstream AirFiber, has been introduced by Airtel. With a focus on rural areas, the service intends to offer a smooth wireless Wi-Fi experience throughout all regions.
Airtel Xstream AirFiber: What is it? The gadget is presented as a wireless internet access portable device. Purchase the Xstream AirFiber device, download the Xstream AirFiber app, then pair your devices with it to complete the installation process. The app makes it simple to control the gadget and internet connection.
Due to the device’s integrated Wi-Fi 6, which gives around 50% faster rates than Wi-Fi 5-based routers, the speed and coverage are improved. Without using excessive electricity, it can simultaneously connect up to 64 devices.
Pricing and Availability for Airtel Xstream AirFiber: The Xstream AirFiber service is available for $799 per month and provides speeds of up to 100Mbps. Six months of service can be prepaid for at a cost of 4,794 (or at a reduced cost of 4,435). A 2,500 USD refundable security deposit is further required.
The service is now offered in Delhi and Mumbai, with intentions to expand to additional areas soon. To obtain the service, residents of these cities can go to Airtel outlets.
