Sonos has introduced its new smart speakers in India, known as Sonos Era 300 and Sonos Era 100, following the global launch earlier this year.

The Era 300 is a compact speaker with six powerful drivers that direct sound in various directions, delivering an spatial audio experience with Dolby Atmos for movies and music. Its elegant hourglass design enhances sound dispersion, immersing you in the audio.

It’s also the first Sonos smart speaker to provide multi-channel surround sound for home cinemas. You can pair two Era 300 speakers with Arc or Beam (Gen 2) for a captivating Dolby Atmos experience.

Sonos collaborated with artists and creators to fine-tune Era 300 for studio-quality sound. The Trueplay tuning technology optimizes sound based on your space.

The Era 100, which is slightly larger than the Sonos One, features a slim design. This smart speaker delivers detailed stereo sound and deep bass, thanks to its new hardware and software. Two angled tweeters provide clear high frequencies, while a larger midwoofer creates impressive bass.

You can create a surround sound system by pairing two Era 100 speakers with your soundbar for movie nights, or use two together for room-filling stereo sound.

Both the Sonos Era 300 and Era 100 are environmentally friendly, made from recycled plastic and sustainable packaging. They are designed for longevity and easy repair.

Pricing and availability

Sonos Era 100 is priced at Rs. 29,999, while the Sonos Era 300 is priced at Rs. 54,999. Both devices come in two colors: black and white.

Both will be available for purchase starting on October 20, 2023, with pre-orders available at sonos.com beginning on October 15, 2023.
