Hyundai debuted the 2024 Sportage model year earlier this year; the company is now providing additional information regarding the crossover’s hybrid variant. This is the price for the LX specification level, which includes standard equipment such as privacy glass, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a 12.2-inch digital instrument cluster.

The system is rated to produce 257 pound-feet of torque and 257 horsepower (169 kilowatts) at peak. The combined fuel economy is estimated by the EPA to be between 38 and 43 miles per gallon.

Kia also introduced the 2024 Sportage in non-hybrid form in August of this year. The vehicle maintained its 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 187 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque, while receiving only minor enhancements to its equipment. As of last year, the crossover is Kia’s best-selling model, with 125,245 units sold.
