Samsung Galaxy A35 5G gets spotted on Bluetooth SIG; shows up on GCF certification site alongside Galaxy A55 5G

 

Right after getting spotted on the BIS certification website, the Galaxy A35 5G and Galaxy A55 5G have now appeared on global certification websites, indicating their imminent launch. Starting with the Galaxy A35 5G, the handset has now shown up on the Bluetooth SIG website. To recall, the Galaxy A55 5G was already spotted on the same website earlier this month. Both these smartphones have also been spotted getting the GCF (Global Certification Forum) certification as well.


Samsung Galaxy A35 Bluetooth SIG and GCF listings

The upcoming Galaxy A35 features the model numbers SM-A356U and SM-A356B on the Bluetooth SIG certification site. The website listing reveals that the device will come with Bluetooth 5.3. In the GCF listing, the Galaxy A35 carries the model numbers SM-A356E and SM-A356E/DS. The handset received the certification on Jan 29th.

The Galaxy A55 5G was also spotted on the GCF website with the model numbers SM-A556B/DS, SM-A556E/DS, and SM-A556E.

Samsung Galaxy A35 expected features

As the Galaxy A35 5G has previously been spotted on the US FCC certification website, we have some idea of what we can expect from the phone. The listing revealed that the phone will feature an octa-core chipset, which could be the Exynos 1380. The handset is expected to ship with a 25W charger, 6GB of RAM, and run Android 14 out of the box. As per the leaked renders, the Galaxy A35 5G will feature a design similar to the Galaxy S23 FE with flat edges and a punch-hole display.

The leaked renders also showed that the Galaxy A35 will feature a USB Type-C chrging port at the bottom with the volume and power keys placed on the right side. It will come with vertically-aligned triple rear cameras, and the screen size is expected to be 6.6 inches.
