OnePlus 11

The OnePlus 11 is likely to launch soon because the first official teaser for the premium 5G phone is out. The company hosted an event in China as part of its ninth-anniversary celebration, and to surprise its fans, OnePlus also gave a glimpse of the upcoming OnePlus 11 smartphone via a video. It doesn’t completely reveal the design of the smartphone, but confirms some details.

The teaser shows that the OnePlus 11 will come with a triple rear camera setup, which will be tuned by Hasselblad for better colour grading and overall quality. The back camera setup will be housed in a circular module, which seems to be a bit more prominent than the older version. There is an alert slider too, on the right side of the smartphone, which is something that the leaks also suggested.

The OnePlus 11 will be announced in a classic Black colour finish, according to the teaser. It will likely be made available in other colour options too. It appears to have a glass back with a glossy finish, which means the device could be a bit slippery.

When will OnePlus 11 launch in India?

Well, the company hasn’t yet confirmed the official launch date of the OnePlus 11. But, it is expected to come to India in the next few months. It could first arrive in China because OnePlus has teased the launch in its home country. OnePlus seems to be following this year’s launch timeline for the next-generation model too.

The OnePlus 10 Pro was announced in January this year and the device came to India by the end of March. The brand has started teasing the OnePlus, which means that you can expect the launch in January. The global launch will likely take place in the first quarter if we go by previous launches. There are chances that the company could decide to launch the OnePlus in the global markets just after the China launch. We will get more clarity on this in the next few weeks.

OnePlus 11: What are the specifications?

The leaks so far have claimed that the upcoming OnePlus 5G phone will come with 100W fast charging, which will be an upgrade over the 80W support that OnePlus offered on its previous model. It could feature a typical 5,000mAh battery unit under the hood.

You can expect to see a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel, as per the leaks. The screen will operate on QHD+ resolution, which is not surprising because this is a flagship phone. It is said to have support for 120Hz screen for a smoother scrolling experience.

The triple rear camera setup is said to include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera, a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultrawide sensor, and a 32-megapixel IMX709 telephoto sensor with 2x zoom support.

OnePlus 11: Price in India?

There is no price leak yet, but expect it to be in the higher range. The OnePlus 10 Pro was launched in India with a starting price of Rs 66,999. There are rumours that the company is planning to skip the Pro model for this and we may get to see only the standard model. The OnePlus 11 is expected to cost a bit less than the 10 Pro model.
