Xiaomi 14 Ultra India launch teased, tipster claims price to increase

Now, while we wait for the announcement, Xiaomi India has indirectly teased the Xiaomi 14 Ultra India launch, in a social media post talking about its partnership with Leica.

Separately, tipster DigitalChatStation claims the Xiaomi 14 Ultra could see a price hike as the company will incorporate self-researched technologies ranging from communications, materials, batteries and more. All these inclusions will result in an increased bill of materials (BoM).

Xiaomi 14 Ultra India launch may have been teased

• Xiaomi India confirmed its partnership with Leica will be extended to its future flagship as well.
• The post on X said “Reimagine smartphone photography with a partnership that pushes boundaries. Stay tuned for something revolutionary.“

• Since the post is coming from the Xiaomi India handle, we are inclined to believe that Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also be launching in India at some point.
• Xiaomi 14 Ultra has also bagged the BIS certification, which adds weight to the new teaser.
• The flagship is rumoured to feature a Leica Summilux lens with an adjustable aperture ranging from f/1.63 to f/4.0.
• The HyperOS internal code suggested a potential introduction of a second variant of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, with an under-display selfie camera.
• The phone could also come with Satellite connectivity support and possibly a titanium frame.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra price hike
